AESTUVERTM FIRE RATED CABLE ENCLOSURES

For electrical installations, AestuverTM offers a complete system of prefabricated cable enclosure systems in various fire resistance classes. These ensure the protection of people, animals and goods, particularly in climatically stressed environments such as outdoor areas, in commercial and industrial buildings and in infrastructure, and ensure the functionality of the systems in the event of a fire.

Cable systems can be damaged, resulting not only in dense smoke damage but also in highly toxic gases. Within a few minutes, escape and rescue routes can become a deadly trap. In addition, the work of the emergency services is made more difficult or even impossible. Aestuver offers the following solutions to ensure that manufacturers of components and systems also meet the high fire protection requirements in this case:

Fire rated cable enclosures "Standard" (I and E-ducts )

Aestuver™ fire rated cable enclosures prevent the transmission of fire from the inside to the outside and protect the surrounding rooms, e.g. escape and rescue routes (fire load clearance). A spillover on e.g. ceiling cavities is prevented. These cable ducts are tested according to DIN 4102-11. The Aestuver™ Standard fire protection cable duct system consists of bases / covers for direct wall and ceiling installation

  • Can be individually adapted to construction site conditions  onsite (no molded parts required)

Fire Resistant Cable Enclosure "Exculsive" (I- ducts)

Aestuver™ fire rated cable enclosures prevent the spread of fire from the inside to the outside and protect the surrounding rooms, such as escape and rescue routes (fire load protection). These cable ducts are tested in accordance with DIN 4102-11.

Fire rated cable enclosures "Exclusiv"                  (E-ducts)

Aestuver™ prefabricated fire protection cable enclosure system for the functional integrity of electrical systems ensure that no heat penetrates the duct from the outside in the event of a fire and that the tempera-tures inside remain low. This ensures that there is no short circuit or interruption to the power supply. These cable ducts are tested in accordance with DIN 4102-12.

Aestuver™ partitioning systems are used to make penetrations through wall and ceiling components fire-resistant.
